Executive chef Gilles Stassart brushes up on altitude-friendly recipes for the 12 guests lucky enough to have scored a reservation online for the 60-80 Euros meal. The restaurant opened on July 1st, 2009 and is officially open for one year; it's also part of the Art Home project, which has the museum offering various culinary and food-related events.
